Share your top skin tips for a chance to WIN The Holistic Beauty Book

Share your top tip for gorgeous, blemish-free, youthful skin (apart from help: clear skin or help: revitalise your skin, of course!). It could be a secret passed down from your Mum or Grandmother (My Great-Grandmother drank a cup of boiled water every morning… and she had an enviableĀ  peaches and cream complexion!) or a product, food or activity that many of us wouldn’t even think of including in our beauty regime. The contributors of the best 5 tips will each receive a copy of The Holistic Beauty Book by Star Khechara.

My grandmother used a mixture of gram flour mixed weth turmeric and some milk. It keeps the skin blemish free and also reduces a tan. This works well in Goa. Besides Help Clear skin I use this daily.

I believe in all the classy – drink lots of water, balanced diet and regular exercises. I really see the difference between staying up late for study and sleeping early for morning classes. I feel better too when I eat appropriate portion of every food/substance, my pimples heal faster!
